A new face within the Service Team Renovation of WB Firepacks: Tim Goossen. Since December 1, the Renovation team has been supplemented with Tim as a new contact person.

To support technology education, WB Firepacks has offered an Electric Motor demo to CSG De Lage Waard in Papendrecht. The VWO students started building their own electric motor. The demo was used as inspiration.

Van Wijk & Boerma Firepacks will continue with a new name: WB Firepacks. But no worries: the people will be te same as well as our quality, support, service and knowledge. The name change is a result of our desire to have a company name that fits our international ambitions and can be used in any language.

Per 1 January, 2016 Van Wijk & Boerma Firepacks B.V. takes over the German company HSA-Egert GmbH.

WB Firepacks offers a solution by applying KIWA certified fuel tanks for fire fighting.

The EFP finally offers the solution to an existing problem. We have successfully implemented the EFP at an existing location where problems were being experienced with mixing foam concentrate under difficult circumstances. The plant in question was a high-expansion foam installation, divided into different zones with a flow rate varying from 400 l/min - 13,000 l/min.
